• Device Motion Data: Processed locally on your device to control MIDI parameters. This data is never transmitted or stored.
• MIDI Configuration: Your fader settings and presets are stored locally on your device.
• Purchase Information: Handled securely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment details.

Data Storage

All your configuration data, presets, and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that store your personal data.

Third-Party Services

NueCtrl may integrate with:

• Apple App Store: For app distribution and in-app purchases
• Bluetooth/Network MIDI: For connecting to your DAW (data transmitted locally on your network)

Your Rights

Since we don't collect personal data on external servers, there is no personal data to access, modify, or delete from our systems. All your data remains on your device under your control.

Children's Privacy

NueCtrl does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Our app is intended for musicians and audio professionals.
