Frequently Asked Questions

How do I connect NueCtrl to my DAW?

NueCtrl uses Bluetooth MIDI or Network MIDI to connect to your DAW. Simply enable Bluetooth on your device, open NueCtrl, and select your DAW from the connection menu. Your DAW should recognize NueCtrl as a MIDI controller automatically.

Which DAWs are supported?

NueCtrl works with any DAW that supports MIDI input, including Logic Pro, Ableton Live, Pro Tools, Cubase, Studio One, FL Studio, and more.

Why isn't my DAW recognizing NueCtrl?

Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on both devices. On Mac, open Audio MIDI Setup and check the Bluetooth MIDI section. Restart both NueCtrl and your DAW if the connection doesn't appear.

Can I customize which CC messages are sent?

Yes! In Edit Mode, tap on any fader to customize its MIDI channel, CC number, and value range. Your settings are saved automatically.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open NueCtrl, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases". Your Pro features will be restored if you've previously purchased them with the same Apple ID.
